In June we hosted a ‘Maths Eyes’ competition as part of our School Self Evaluation plan to promote Maths and problem-solving in the school. The schoolwide competition involved taking a photo of Maths in the real world and there was a fantastic response across the classes.
There was a prize-giving for the individual winning entries from each class level, and Second Class won the overall class prize and received the coveted ‘Golden Calculator’!
