On Wednesday 13th March both 5th classes went on trip to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Marshes Library and Christchurch Cathedral. A big thank you to all the staff and tour guide who made the day fun and interesting. Thanks also to Ms. Gallery and Ms. Mc Enroe for coming along to help.

We spent the last month working on the genre of Explanation. This writing genre is used to explain how something works. The girls wrote about “How to tell the time” and then presented their work to first class.
Well done to Amelia in 3rd Class who won the regional finals in her category of the Credit Union Art Competition. Her painting now goes through to the national finals! Well done Amelia!
