6th Class present at ESB Science Blast

On Thursday the 7th March, eight 6th Class girls had the amazing opportunity to present a science project at the ESB Science Blast in the RDS, Dublin.

The ESB Science Blast was an exciting non-competitive event where primary school students sshowcase a variety of STEM projects. The girls received many visitors to their stand and explained their project ‘Can a Microbit Improve Student Engagement in Mathematics’ so well. The girls received a lovely trophy for display in our trophy cabinet as well!

The Science Blast was an amazing opportunity to see science in action and expose our students to science. We’re looking forward to next year’s event already!
